Ventures were special Brownie Guide adventures thought up, planned and carried out by the Brownies.  The best kind were the ones which involved service.

Brownies received a special badge which was worn on the right pocket of the uniform dress or on the front of the sash.

If the Brownie had participated in more than one Venture a metal number was worn to show how many Ventures the Brownie had completed. The numbers went up to 10.
