Wyndham District came into being in 2012 and combined the former Districts of Hoppers Crossing, Point Cook, Wyndhamvale and Werribee.

One coloured stripe in the background represents each of the former Districts.

The building is the Werribee Park Mansion.

The aeroplane represents both Laverton and Point Cook RAAF bases now known as RAAF Williams.

The leaf represents a sculpture placed on the Princes Freeway as you enter the City of Wyndham.
