West Metropolitan Region

The Region badge consists of the designs from three Guides after a competition in 1980.

The word Australia and the Guide badge represents where we are in the world.

The Westgate Bridge is the gateway to the West.

The aircraft represents the airfields at Point Cook and Laverton which are situated in Werribee and Altona Divisions.

The river and sea represents the Divisions of Ebling and Gellibrand.

The boats represent the Williamstown Docks.

The tractor and land show our rural area – Mackay Division.
